Born in 1963, Judge Westerchil graduated from Southern University Law Center in 1989 and later began a private practice in Leesville, Louisiana in 1990. His private practice included general civil law, criminal defense and five years with the Vernon Parish District Attorney’s Office.
Judge Westerchil is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the 30th Judicial District Court Bar Association.
