Katherine Clark Dorroh is a judge for the 1st Judicial District Court of Louisiana. She was elected to the bench in 2013 and re-elected in 2014 and 2020.
Prior to her election, Dorroh operated her own private practice as a sole practitioner where she specialized in family law matters. Before that, she spent time as an attorney at Weiner, Weiss, and Madison.
Dorroh earned a bachelor’s degree from Newport College-Salve Regina in 1981. She then completed a J.D. at South Texas College of Law in 1984. She is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas.
