Judge Ellen Creel is the District Judge for Division “J” of the Twenty – Second Judicial District Court of the State of Louisiana.
Judge Knight was elected to a new division of the Court in 2020.
Judge Ellen earned two scholarships to LSU Law School, where she graduated with the highest grade in Constitutional Law. She passed the bar exams in both Louisiana and Mississippi before hanging out her shingle as a private practice attorney. Ellen Creel is a highly respected attorney for more than 23 years. She served as Franklinton City Prosecutor for 11 years, and she has managed hundreds of files while building a spotless record.
