Craig O. Marcotte is a judge of the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in the 3rd District elected in 2019. Formally a judge for the 1st Judicial District in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He was elected to that position on November 4, 2008. Marcotte earned a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University, going on to receive his J.D. from Louisiana State University. Prior to his election to the bench, Marcotte was an attorney in private practice.
