Charles Tutt is a judge for the 1st Judicial District in Louisiana. He was elected on November 4, 2014, taking office on January 1, 2015. His term will expire at the end of 2020. Tutt received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and his J.D. from Louisiana State University School of Law. Prior to his judicial election in 2014, Tutt spent years as an attorney in private practice. He has also served as the attorney for the Caddo-Bossier Port.
